Other Remarks
- Rules and regulations of International Functional Fitness Federation (IF3) will be the main reference of the competition
- Participants must select the corresponding group according with the year of birth
- No appeal will be accepted. All final judgments will subject to the chief referee’s decision
Competition equipment：
Participants must bring their own full set of personal equipment to participate in the competition. If athletes are found to use any substandard equipment during the competition, the competition will deal with it in accordance with regulations. Participants must present their sports gear at the counter for checking. In case of any objection, the final decision will be made by the immediate judgment of the meeting on that day. The basic requirements of equipment are as follows:
- Clothes: including sports top and pants
- Competitive shoes: sneakers or sneakers with non-marking soles are recommended
Important Notes
Enrolment
- Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who have completed the enrolment process agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up.
- Once the enrolment is accepted, the enrolment fee is non-refundable & and non-transferable under any circumstances. A confirmation email will be sent to the enrolled email address within 3 working days after the Organizer has received the enrolment. - Repeated enrolments in the same competition will be counted as a single enrolment. The extra enrolment fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or other competitions.
Event Information
- The event information and admission arrangements will be notified to participants by email one week before the competition.
- Participants have to show either the hard copy or electronic copy of the notification email to our staff to check in at the check-in counter.
Health & Safety Advice
- Participants should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the competition. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
- Participants should understand the event content and nature and participation of this event requires physical exertion. Participants should be in sound medical condition capable of participating in the event. The Organizer suggests all participants to monitor their own physical conditions deemed fit and capable for participating in the event. In case you are feeling sick during the event, you should immediately stop the activity and seek help from the onsite competition officials.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disallow or disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event and such person shall accept.
- Public liability insurance is covered by the Organizer of the event. Participants are also advised to purchase their own insurance cover if necessary.
Others
- If the event is cancelled due to Covid or venue unavailability, the arrangement will be announced on this event website and Facebook page of HKSPF3.
- Should there be any emergency or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information centre.
- All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
- HKSPF3 reserves the right to amend or clarify the above competition rules and of final decisions.
Other remarks：
- Participants are required to report at the counter during the report time.
- If the competition time overlaps with other events, participants must decide which competition they will participate in, and the organizer will not make special arrangements and refunds.
- Participants must follow by the rules and arrangements set by the organizer
- The actual schedule is subject to the on-site announcement
- All participants must check and reconfirm the scores carefully for the results and information on the score sheet after poule and/or direct elimination, and sign on the score sheet if there is no error. If you have any questions about the information on the score sheet, please immediately check with the referee who is in charge of that match. All information on the score sheet cannot be changed after confirmed by the participants with signature, even if the results are incorrect.
- Except the participants, referees, staff of the competition and other people who are allowed to enter by the chief referee. No one is allowed to enter the competition area. The referees reserve the right to give individual offenders a yellow card of warning or a black card to dismiss the offenders without giving any form of warning in advance.
- The name and sports gear cannot contain foul language, obscene or indecent words. If the team’s name is inappropriate, the organizer reserves the right to request the team to change the sports gear.
Prize：
Rx, Intermediate and Team Double have a champion, runner-up, and 2nd runner-up.
